2.5 liters (85 oz) Women:
2 liters (69 oz) per day.

5- Outdoor Exposure: 1 hr per day.

6- Train: 1 hr per day.

7- Learn: 15 mins per day.

8- Social Connection: Support a friend or family member each day.

9- No Alcohol.
